Warm Tips!
1. To test the light during the day, please cover the solar panel. (This is because Modes 1-3 only activate when the panel detects darkness.)
2. For optimal performance, please charge the battery fully by placing the solar panel under direct sunlight for at least 8 hours before using the motion sensor solar light.
3. Don’t forget to turn on the light switch before installation. Otherwise, the remote control will not function.

We installed under our carport, motion sensor picks up even before you are underneath so it lights up your path for you. Was easy to install, maybe include a set of self tapping steel screws would make it easier. Have the solar panel in a 50% or left sun area, still keeps it at full charge. Fingers crossed it lasts a few years.I would like one for inside the shed.

The light is very bright and has excellent motion detection. I encountered the following issues during installation: (1) The screws to attach the fixture to the wall are very soft and were bending as I was screwing them into my Hardie siding - easily replaced with better screws or pre-drilling the holes. (2) The captive nuts that are used to secure the solar panel to the bracket were not adhered properly to the panel frame. I am not sure if the dab of silicone was supposed to hold them or if they were spot welded, but they let go and there is not enough room for a wrench or needle nose pliers to hold the nut during installation. This made it difficult to tighten the bolts that secure the panel to the frame. I solved this by adhering the nuts with gel superglue and catalyst. I think this product is worth the money and I would buy it again. I do not know if these quality issues are common or not.

Doesn’t work. Installed per instructions, but the light doesn’t come on. I should have charged the panel and tried the light before installing because now I have holes in my building if I remove it. That’s on me, but useless product is on them.

Purchased Oct 26 2023. Failed Oct 22 2024. Light did not last a year before failed. Battery shows full charge. Cannot activate the light under any mode. Motion sensor does not turn on the light. Range of motion sensor is very limited. Need to be virtually under the light. Save your money and buy another light.

Hardware is decent quality. The solar panel is surrounded by a well-fitting aluminum frame. Can point the light at just about any angle, depending on how you mount the bracket. The light is decently bright - illuminates my driveway from about 10 m away.My biggest beef with the product is the duration of the battery. I get only about 2 h of illumination in mode 5. That's not enough, in my view. Doesn't even last from dusk until dark.
