Sizing Guide
To measure the correct size for ski poles, ideally you should wear your boots, or even your skis. If you already have a ski pole, simply flip the ski pole over and grasp it under the basket. Hold the stick straight down and press it against the floor; the upper part of your arm should stay close to your body. If your arm is at a right angle, the ski pole is the correct size.

These are great but I didn’t think about getting white poles when I bought these. Luckily I don’t fall often so the poles being the same color as the snow hasnt been an issue
