It is a skull cap, and as long as you have no hair on your head, it might work for you, otherwise it is too small for even a high and tight. It might fit a kids head.

This is a nice light weight hat. I usually don't wear knit hats because my head gets too hot. It is nice to have a hat that I can fit in my coat pocket with my gloves for winter.
