This is beefy pitman arm that fit on my Dodge with no issues. The drop is about 4 inches. I needed a new arm to fit with new drag link I bought, which did not fit the prior pitman arm.One problem - I have a steering brace that uses a large nut and bolt to extend the pitman arm bolt, then connecting to the steering brace. The wide shaft on this pitman arm hit the steering brace cutting my turn radius down by 1/2 on left side / driver side. I had to cut a significant amount of the steering brace away to allow for clearance on this pitman arm. Steering brace is extremely common on Dodge as it helps resolve one of the major, well known design flaws in Dodge steering. The pitman arm I replaced did not have any clearance issues.
