They vacuum seal this foot stool completely flat and says it will take about 72 hours to open and I’m in a week and still have one side that won’t completely rise not very pleased with it

This product arrived, airpack tight and I wasn’t sure how it was going to look. But once I let it sit for a little bit, this is what it looks like and is perfect for me to blow dry my hair in my little corner of my bedroom. Pretty sturdy And I recommend

The ottoman was fine quality but it didn’t go well with my decor- it was darker than I thought it would be. However, trying to return it was quite another story!! It said “free returns” but UPS said it was too big for them to accept.(when it arrived it was condensed down to a smaller pkg then when you open it, it expands). So then they(UPS)said I could pay$ 28.75 for them to box and ship it! Again, my Amazon information said “no box, no label needed”!! Then Amazon customer service said to pay the $ to ship and then ask for a refund on that also!! This all is ridiculous to expect all these hoops for a customer to jump through!! After talking to ANOTHER customer service rep, they said they would order a carrier pick up and I just needed to have it ready to go. Well, that was all fine and dandy until I got the message later that informed me that they deducted the shipping amount from MY refund!!!! I am not happy with the process for this!! In my opinion, it’s not worth the hassle to order this item-just incase it doesn’t work out for you!!!! So much for “free returns”!!!😠👎

Very, very firm. Took a full 2 days to rise but looks pretty much as expected. Doesn't feel like it'll support being sat on, which is okay. Design is not as prominent as the images.
