Love the look of it. Gives the truck a nice deep sound under acceleration.

Easy "bolt-on" install and fits the stock airbox which is necessary to separate the cold intake air from the hot air of the engine bay. Performance was noticeable in throttle response and fuel consumption. Looks and performs better than stock and saves money over time in fuel economy. The air filter element is washable and reusable with a separate cleaning kit for additional savings.

This is exactly what I was looking for in a cold air intake. High quality, American made and an affordable price. It really wakes the Ford 5.0 V8 up.

Helps with breathability and creates a distinctive growl under hood. Fairly easy install, all parts included but of course plan on purchasing recharge kit to clean and re-oil. Easy to see filter element in which to gauge dirtiness.

Looks great, easy to install and has a nice growl when you step on it. I did notice a slight improvement in fuel but not much. The throttle response however is much better now that it can breathe easier.

Adding this was easy and Roush is a parts supplier to Ford for vehicle upgrades. It took me a little over an hour to put this in and the directions are very good. It took me that long because I was distracted by squirrels and had to stop a couple of times for pellet gun breaks. So anyone with basic tool skills could do this in 30-45 minutes. I checked and compared gas mileage before and after install and didn't see a great improvement, maybe a half MPG. I drive with a light foot and calculate at the pump, not using the truck MPG readout. Where I do feel there is a benefit is the amount of air entering the engine. There is less restriction and I personally perform better when I can breath easier. I like to think this translates over to truck breathing. It's fun every now and then to mash down on the gas because this thing does make a nice sound. However with normal driving you don't hear anything, only when the engine has to work a little harder like going up hills or passing. All in all I'm not sorry I did it but I was hoping for a little better MPG. It looks good under the hood and the filter that comes with it is re usable and basically a lifetime filter so there's your savings.

I just installed the Roush Cold Air Intake and I LOVE IT!!!! It took about 45min to install including taking my sweet time to clean up the parts that remained in the engine compartment. The box came in two days and was filled with all the appropriate parts and pieces. It came with a printout of the installation/removal instructions that included a picture for every step. The instructions were well worded and very easy to follow, even a novice could do this install (you only need a flat head screwdriver and a 10mm socket and wrench). I won't know for a couple of weeks if it has provided a gas mileage increase, but it has improved throttle response and given a boost to HP. An added bonus I wasn't expecting is that the increased airflow through the engine and exhaust has given my F-150 King Ranch a very nice growl when I press on the accelerator. :)

This really made a difference in my 2013 Ford 5.0 F-150. Gave it a little more snap. I was surprised at the engine growl increase. Significant. Note, if you want a quieter engine (why would you be buying an accessory like this anyway?) then do not purchase. Even with a little more throttle I am getting .3 a gallon increase in mileage. Not a huge difference, but if I drove it like grandma it would be more.NOTE: Look at the you tube video of the install, it is only a few minutes long, but it points out the tiny latch in the o2 sensor to un-clip it. Very helpful to know. Very easy install. Took me 15 mins.

This CAI installed very easily and without any problems. It attaches on top of the regular air cleaner box bottom. Using the dash readouts it improves the gas mileage 1 to 2 miles per gallon. You got to keep your foot out of it if you want the mileage improvement. Stick your foot in it and hold on, it is a blast. I already had dual exhausts with flow control, this adds to the power. This was put on a 2013 Rocky Ridge Altitude Ford F-150 FX4. I am very pleased with this performance modification.
