I am very disappointed with the product and the customer service. I reached out because it was not working at all, someone had messaged back asking for a video, I sent the video and all the information, they said they will reach out and never did. It’s been months, they never helped. I am very disappointed, and I don’t think we got to use this for more than 1 time. It was a gift that I got for my family and sucks they never really got to use it and just waste of money. I don’t usually write reviews but this one just made me mad.

I like it a lot, it is very easy to install and use, of course you will need the tank, but it’s great, it’s a good size very good for Food boils or bbqs.

The stove itself is great and good quality, loved it, however the knows that came with it are not good quality, I got three and out of them 2 broke...I am requesting the vendor to send me the replacement or suggest me where it to get it..The knows are the main reason I gave 4 stars other wise I will 5 ..I have to use a wrench to turn the knob..which is pretty annoying..

I love it. It heats up quick and with high power. Was able to cook a 50 gal hot pot within 1 hour. I highly recommend it!!

This is a well built, high quality burner. I have used it many times and just love it. We had a family event and one of my cousins used it, loved it and also purchased one. My sister likes to cook fish so I purchased one for her so she live the smell of fish cooking. Very sturdy and a good value. I highly recommend this item.
