Cooler came... delivery was ok. Plugged in the cooler and everything seemed fine. Started putting items in the cooler such as cakes, cake pops, cookie dough to be chilled and they all ended up looking like they had been sprayed with a hose. The humidity in this cooler was absolutely insane. I have never experienced this before with a refrigerator and it was infuriating after a few cake orders had been ruined due to the fact the cooler was not set up properly from the factory. Tried contacting customer service and they were no help at all. Responses took forever. Told me they would offer a partial refund for the cooler based off of what a technician would say. I had to call a service technician to come out and look at it and make changes to the settings and that cost over $200. Cooler still didn't work properly... better but not fixed. We then spent another Saturday over an hour messing with the settings to get the cooler to run properly. It is finally working to be satisfactory but I have lost 6 weeks of time with this cooler. Lost revenue from ruined product and all they refunded me was the service call. I am a small business bakery owner and 6 weeks of lost time, ruined product, and no space to store items is not what I needed just opening my bakery. So disappointed in this purchase!!!
