It’s been a week and this works great to make your shop sweeping easy and fun. Works great on smooth surfaces but on worked cement or the street, it just binds up the sweeping wheels and slows you down. I would only get this for smooth surfaces. Worth the high price due to time savings for employees.Easy to dump the dirt, picks up about 90+ percent of what it’s designed to pickup.We really like this for pre cleaning our hangar floor.It’s soft wheel brushes won’t scratch the floor like a scrubber if you have a softer flooring.

The first sweeper I purchased was damaged in shipping, the customer service department went above and beyond to make sure that my issues were resolved quickly and to my complete satisfaction. They even called back the following week to make sure I wasn't having any other issues with the sweeper, and that it was functioning as promised. I was very impressed with the professional and helpful service I received.For the Sweeper itself, It is self-propelled, but very easy to use. It's lightweight and easy to maneuver around fixtures in my warehouse. I regularly have trucks and trailer tracking dirt, etc.. into the warehouse, this sweeper has tackled any mess that I have thrown at it so far. I have even used it outside to clean up leaves, small stones, and gravel form my loading docks.This is a great product, and I would highly recommend buying!

Broke after 2 days of use. Retractable arms are ridiculous, they do not need to be. There are bands that move the brushes and those are worthless, does not even move the brush to pickup items.Waste of money. Again why is this product even for sale on this site. Does no one actually test before allowing product to be sold.

Product was as described & worked well,but I had difficult area to clean & customer service was exceptional in working with me to get things right. They handled all my concerns & even replaced one unit with a new one at no charge when not absolutely necessary. Great place to do business with!

I wasn't sure this would be able to do the job we have in our warehouse, but it has been doing quite well in the first couple of days cleaning up fine charcoal dust. Easy to install by adding the brushes and handles, then you are off and running. The only issue that I see may become a problem is that the brushes are attached by plastic inserts that you place the screws through, so not sure how long they will last with consecutive brush changes, but hopefully they hold up better than we expect.

For super fine dust it does not do well, but it isn't designed for that. The customer service for this product is outstanding. They sent me a replacement to make sure it wasn't damaged and they are willing to refund me since I'm not satisfied. I do high key recommend the company and product for which it is intended!
