Beautiful cooler, but ice doesn’t last more than 12 hours though, you have to drain a bit every few hours. I use this for drinks only now because so much food has gone bad. Best to be used for a pool day, or sports events- not camping or events over a few hours.

I'm a LSU fan so of course the color is awesome. The drain plug is nice to empty water out, it is heavy when packed full of drinks and ice.

Works great, the rubber straps are easy to latch closed. Has thick insulation.

While I love this cooler size, and compared to other brands, its affordability, the big downside from bigger names is the strap by which you carry the cooler. While I do appreciate the padding, the lack of handles on the sides of the cooler to assist with loading and unloading from vehicles makes it more complicated than it needs to be. However, the volume, performance, and durability are top-notch.

I love RTIC products. They are great quality and less than half the price of yeti. I've compared it's ability to keep ice to a borrowed yeti and it keeps the same amount of time. I've gotten 3 days with solid ice in the summer. This cooler is the perfect size (and weight) for a day trip for my family of 4. Snacks and drinks for the day fit great. You can also add the ice pack separator RTIC sells to create two compartments.

I bought this for beaching in the summer. We tend to hike into more secluded spots, so I needed something durable, easy to carry that provided day-long service. This does the trick. It holds up to being used as a seat, and stays closed if you drop it. As a bonus, it is a ton cheaper than the other options, but performs.
