These RV slide skis are a big improvement over the cheap plastic skis. Very well made. Fairly easy to install. Slide operates much smoother now.

Put them on like any other set I've bought. I do this for a living so it was installed correctly. As soon as I ran the slide in, they broke. Not worth the time or aggravation.

I just installed the new Slide out Skis. They work perfect. I needed them as soon as possibly and paid extra $34 to have them delivered early. They arrived possibly a day or two sooner than if I had ordered normal shipment. I paid $181.03. I can order them now and pay only $115.50. That's over $65 in the difference. I got totally ripped off!!!! Thanks Amazon....

These are definitely better than harsh metal scraping across your floor, but they are still harsh plastic and leave marks. They can be cut to fit under your slide out floor and help protect from the metal parts. What you really need is some felt on the bottom of them so only soft fabric will touch your floor. I ended up using some sticky felt instead of these and it has worked well. These still left marks from the plastic. I guess you could install these and some felt pads under them.
