Great easy to use, lights up correct area. One down side I wish the magnets came with better adhesive, had to add 3M double sided tape to keep in place. I would purchase again.

These are supposed to be made for an Rv so I thought no problem for our home stairs. Magnetic strip to put to stairs stayed on stairs but light fell off. Eventually replaced with Velcro. One out of three lights works as described but all three work fine on kitchen table before install. How these would ever stay on the stairs of an Rv during travel would be hard to imagine.

These light strips are perfect for our RV cabinets. Our cabinets are small without lights and these are a great fit. The installation is super simple and the illumination is excellent. These light bars come with the option of "on all the time" or "motion detection" as described. We have ours set to motion detection in our cabinets - especially the deeper cabinets. Motion sensor activates as soon as the cabinet doors open and remains on until motion stops. When we close the cabinet door, the light comes back on, but within a few short seconds it will turn off since there is no motion detection once the cabinet door is closed. They come with individual charge cords and charge up rather quickly. They are an awesome addition to our cabinets and are super lightweight for our RV. Description provided is accurate. Others I have used come with different brightnesses. These light bars come with only one lighting selection - bright. I would recommend these for any RV application.*************UPDATE**********************Bugs me when I have to redo a review - but here it is… NO GOOD. Two of the three lights do not work. All have been charged and will work only when the switch is “on” all the time. They do not pick up motion detection. I’m not sure why they worked in the beginning, but they no longer pick up motion. We have ordered a few different models of these motion ardor lights and these malfunctioned after 1 trip. We’ve only had them for a few weeks. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BRAND. Drives me nuts when a product works in the beginning - just long enough to get a decent review - then POOF- stops working. INFERIOR PRODUCT. I received this as a vine offer. Glad I didn’t pay for it. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.**************ADDITIONAL UPDATE************The seller clarified that the lights will not work unless in total darkness. My 1st update explains that one light worked and the other two did not. I must clarify… the other two did not work because the one that worked created excessive light and the other two could not detect motion unless they are in total darkness. So I have to eat some crow here… user error - my mistake. I changed the rating back to a 5. The seller was diligent in making sure I was satisfied and my issues were addressed. Good service.

We bought these for our first camping trip in our new travel trailer. We put the batteries in them and were initially impressed with their light output. Before we even got to use them on the trip they stopped working. New batteries, dark room/no light. Upon further inspection the battery covers started coming off not holding the batteries in. I recommend looking elsewhere.

no ....but I will thank you.. I bought these "motion step lights" with the intention of putting them on the steps of our travel trailer home". but in the instructions, yes finally at age of 71 I do read the instructions, I don't have anyone to impress anymore ... it states DO NOT MOUNT THESE LIGHTS IN A DAMP AREA we live in a area in caliornia that its damp 7 to 8 months in a year. so I went ahead and they were easy to install the motion sensor seemed to work well but they only lasted a week one feel off its mount And broke its eye I moved them to a much dryer spot...,

The adhesive that fastened the magnetic strip is not very good you’ll have to figure something else out to make it stronger.
