I normally don't write reviews but this manufacturer is something else. I wanted to get this product because of the quality finish. Should of listened to other reviews as the product came with cushions WAY to small for the couch and on top of this the eye hole to screw in the left side was off by 1/4 inch so could not secure the bottom left part. The catch to this all they dont send missing or wrong parts so its either a "partial refund" or you will have to box up everything to ship it back for full refund. Calling the manufacturer was a waste of time as they are going to send you straight back to amazon

Great sofa. Sturdy, maybe a little lower to the ground than I wanted, but overall a nice piece of furniture. There is some assembly, and that’s a 2-person job. The cushions, however, were the problem. They are about 5 inches too small for this piece…. just like the other reviews warned about. (And I bought 2 of them) I contacted the manufacturer and they promptly sent replacements, for both. Took less than a week. But why not address the issue in production? Maybe they are counting on most customers not noticing. Not this guy.

12 APRIL 2022: The cushions on the couch do not fit the width of the sofa. And, the cushions (that dont fit) have red stains on them. Manufacturer needs to address these issues.10 MAY 2022: After sending several aggressive emails, Safavieh sent the correct cushions for the couch. Overall, I do like the sofa. It is deep seated. But, two issues: the cushions are a bit firm. I believe they might soften up overtime and the sofa makes a creaking noise when you sit on it. Makes me worried that it might not last for a while. I purchased the 5yr warranty just in case. I also purchased covers for it to protect it from the sun and natural elements. Overall, I'm happy with the aesthetic and felt it was on the cheaper side compared to similar models.
