We ordered 4 of these carts and only 3 of them were received with all of the parts. Once we realized parts were missing we reached out to seller but since it was outside of the 30 day return window they would not send the parts. Was not looking for a refund, just the parts that were missing. The other three carts ordered were easy to put together and serve the purpose. Make sure you check your packaging for all pets in a timely manner.

These are great! We use them all the time at our Library! Super heavy construction! Nicely re-enforced! Much nicer than the other carts that we have ordered in the past. The wheels are super nice. We had to attach the wheels when they came in, but, it wasn't hard. The price is awesome for what you receive! We can easily stack 6 chairs on these, but I'm sure they could handle more. We will definitely replace our older carts, and order more of these! We always receive comments on these carts, people always want to know where we ordered them from!

Great re-purpose as a dolly for my Masterbuit 30" smoker. The anti slide steel platform surface keeps the smoker in place during transport. It would have gotten 5 stars for my purpose if the wheels were lockable.

It's "Heavy" ... because it's really Heavy Duty. I love this product ...it's easy to push and I can haul 12 chairs in 1 trip without difficulty.

We purchased 2 of these Safco 4188 Stacking Chair Carts and both have failed miserably. They have literally fallen apart with the nuts and bolts coming off from very minimum use. We literally can not use them because they DO NOT FUNCTION and are a safety hazard. I would expect better customer service from both Safco and Amazon who have not been easy to work with either.

Simple and practical. Assembly is 16 Phillips-head bolts with accompanying washers and nuts (14mm). Quick and easy. Stand the platform on edge when you put it together and make sure you have a solid surface underneath to catch the inevitable falling washer!I bought this to go under a Char Broil Big Easy Smoker/Roaster/Grill. Perfect for the task. The platform is all-metal with no fabric or rubber surface stuck on to melt. Wheels seem quite strong and swivel easily (all four swivel).

I purchased this to use under a 200 lb glass kiln. Quick assembly, rolls easily. When second kiln is added to our studio, we will purchase another Safco cart.

Easy to assemble...very heavy duty. We purchased several for our office. It is nice to be able to put them in the closet so easily when they are not in use. I hate to see chairs lining the walls!
