Two of our toilets were starting to run a little more than usual. The flush master valve on one had spring a leak inside so it never stopped running, and the other was getting stuck from hard water deposits building up over time. These Saillong universal fill valve and flapper kits were a good replacement. The plastic doesn't feel as heavy duty as the name brand, but who cares? They feel sturdy and installed easily. Both toilets fill and flush properly now! The only real issue is the instructions aren't super clear, so if you adjust the height be sure to FIRMLY slide the locking ring back in place or you will have a geyser when you turn the water back on...

I live in Florida, and for some reason, the flappers in my toilet tank keep failing. They last for a couple of months and then start leaking. I’m happy that Amazon is offering a good product at half the price of local hardware stores, and the quality is the same. The flapper comes secured in plastic housing to prevent any damage, as that’s the part that usually malfunctions. Everything else is standard. Installation was easy, and everything works fine now.
