Loud! Ok, is that what you want to hear? You can crank this thing up! I've bought other speakers in this price range that say they're loud, but nowhere near this! You can basically plug any type of input into it. Guitar, check. Cell phone, check. Projector, check. Bluetooth works great too. Battery life is awesome. I seldom charge it and it also works just as good plugged in. Not too heavy, so it's pretty portable with the moulded in handle. Sound quality is good. I was looking at much more expensive speakers to use outdoors but after seeing and hearing somebody's Samson I was sold, and at 1/4 the price! One is plenty for my driveway or family events, but if you wanted to really up your game I'm sure two of these would be amazing. Very, very pleased with this purchase.

En terminos generales la bocina suena bien, pero la cosa es que lo he usado a menos de su 50% de capacidad y aun asi la batería no dura 4 hrs... Entiendo que por el precio no se puede pedir mucho mas, pero segun su publicidad la bateria es de las cosas mas llamativas de esta unidad y no cumple las expectativas!

I absolutely love this little PA system. Easy on the pack and go and setup is a snap. Sound is perfect for small indoor or outdoor gatherings, meetings, etc.

I know that even with the best companies. Sometimes you will get one that is not what you expect. That was the case with me. the sound was not loud enough nor of the clear quality i am used to from a Samson product. it was softer than my Kustom PA-50 no matter how i dialed up the sound. Plus something was rattling inside. Samson usually has excellent products and i have other Samson products and i will probably continue to try out Samson products. But instead of sending it back and getting another one I decided to just get a refund. I will try out a Bose product in a couple of months.

To be clear, there is nothing *bad* about this speaker; it is battery powered, portable, has Bluetooth, line, and microphone inputs, can be put on a PA style speaker stand, and can get loud when you need it to. The sound quality is just… missing something. The bass is there, the mids are there, and the highs are there, but that is the problem, they are just *there* without anything interesting going on.I purchased two of these, and they will be perfect for my needs, but don’t expect to have an incredible auditory experience listening to music on them.The only thing really lacking would be the ability to link two together for a stereo pair, but this can be easily achieved by getting a splitter for your audio source and sending L/R to the speakers that way.

This speaker is great for multiple uses. I've successfully used it to stream music over bluetooth at parties, connect a digital piano to aux in to play live, connect a guitar to the line in, connect a microphone to line in while streaming as a karaoke set up. It's very versatile.
