This thing is worth every penny !!! No more issues for either my boat nor jetski. This holds down a 22ft center console boat in its place! Thinking about buying another one so I can secure the other side when im at the sand bar.

Used this for the first time in SW Florida around Sanibel Island. I used it as a secondary anchor point to keep our boat from swinging in the wind. SO my primary sand(Danforth) anchor was holding the Bow and I used this to keep the boat pointing out to sea and from swinging. Our boat is 10' Beam and 30' Long with Twin Outboards., it held better than I thought given we had 18-20 mile an hour wind gust and 3 foot waves that day. Again this was not our primary anchor but used as a secondary swing anchor. It never pulled out of the sand. I did use the SandShark bungee rope to give it some stretch.I had a minor issue and worked with support and they were extremely prompt and answered to the issue quickly and professionally.I would use this a sole Anchor in shallow water in calmer seas. HIGHLY recommended. much better than a second plow anchor to store and try and retrieve..Good luck and safe boating.-Extremely Happy Customer

This little anchor is amazing. It is really light weight and folds up small to keep in the pwc at all times. Very durable and hold the pwc in all ground that I have tried so far. Easy to screw in and out of the ground with in a minute. Get one. They are great.

Piece is held together with a little tiny pin with a quick release and I don’t trust it at all. Also the handle doesn’t stay put. Had to drill the u it out and add my own bolts everywhere. Now it’s solid and I would give 5 star after my mods. Not sure how people with 250 k surfboards or any boat can sleep at night with this thing holding it in the water at night

We have two sand sharks and they are great to anchor our 21 foot Ranger boat at the sand bar in the summer. They are easy to use, pack up nicely and stay put all day! I would highly recommend these boat anchors.

The SandShark Ultimate XL 2.0 is easy to use. It holds my 25 foot pontoon in place all by itself when we pull up in shallow water along a sandbar. I highly recommend the bungee (sold separately) instead of a normal dock line, especially if you'll be subject to waves or wake from passing boats. I lost the Pin for my anchor last week and called SandShark directly, looking for a replacement. Tony in customer service was awesome. They sent me one the same day! I highly recommend this product and this company!

Expensive garbage.After less than 2 seasons of use, if I used this anchor 10 times it was a lot,this "PREMIUM" "ULTIMATE" anchor failed.One of the securing pins does not stay engaged. See pic. The pin should not just slip out on it's own when holding the bar upside down. The tension spring is faulty. The other pin works fine. I maintained this anchor according to included instructions.I contacted customer service for them to make it right. They chose to ignore me. It doesn't matter if I'm passed the return window. A product that was used 10 times, IF THAT, should not fail miserably.Especially when the company uses words like "ULTIMATE" and "PREMIUM" to describe it's product.That's just laughable.They obviously do not stand behind their products. I wouldn't either if I sold sub-par products like this.Do not purchase anything from SandShark. Their products are inferior, their customer service non-existent, and you could do a lot better with a different anchor supplier. Go with an anchor you can trust.ANYBODY but SandShark.I was lucky my jet ski didn't go floating away and that I caught the malfunction in time.I am quite disappointed Amazon would allow a merchant such as this to sell on their platform.Pro's:It's a very pretty blue.

When it arrived everything looked good except for the handle. The part that slides. The one side was pretty scratched up. Maybe it was sliding around in shipping? I was disappointed but I imagine if it could get scratched in shipping it'll get that way when in use. I don't plan to baby it or put it on display. Maybe they should wrap that part in plastic or secure it more when shipping?The anchor works really well holding the boat. I've used it on a sandbar in a pretty busy channel. All the boat traffic creates lots of wakes and waves on the shore. I toss the standard anchor out a bit and then use the sandshark on shore or near shore. Overall it feels solid and works well. I have no fear I'll ever bend it. I do have trouble with sand getting into it which is not surprising but then I can't slide it into its compact form, or at least not easily. Rinsing it doesn't do it. I have to shake or really for the sliding bit loose. Even the spring loaded pin mechanism gets jammed. Another thing is that even once I get the lower part slid out and rinse it off, the upper unit appears to be sealed at the top so it's hard to just flush water through the top part to remove the sand. If it were designed with the top open or even a large enough hole or holes at the top then it'd be much easier to flush. For something that is constantly used in the sand this seems like it shouldn't be an issue or there should be ways to mediate it.Overall happy with the purchase. It's a great addition to our boating gear and makes visiting the sandbars worry free.
