Ironically, there were cheaper versions of this item on Amazon but I thought I'd go with the pricier one because, you get what you pay for… Except in this case. Not only did the item come with significant missing pieces, it's flimsy, has scratches on it, and just overall, a bad product. some things are worth taking the time to go and return, but to have to spend more time packaging labeling taking it to a return center, I just was over it and the seller was not very helpful either, even when I reached out to see if at the very least the missing pieces could be sent to me. Either way, one of those purchases you just "eat "the cost of and move onto the next.

Perfect for my rv .keeps coffee cups organized. It's metal I put little stick on felt pads on bottom corners. It's a bit heavy. Very happy with it

Screws came out after two weeks. I’m unable to tilt the rack I have to use laying flat on countertop other than that I’m ok with it.

First of all if you're thinking of getting this product for yourself or any coffee lover you know, DO IT!It's been so nice having this on my coffee bar area set up.Received it in it's box and had good weight to it. Upon opening it all the parts came unassembled, but it was so simple to put together!The way I set it up was on two of the slots if that's the correct term, I added some of my disposable coffee cups and on the other the lids that go with the cups. In the basket area I added some wooden stirring sticks and sugar packets. I assembled it by hand took me perhaps five or so minutes.I like that it fits horizontally or vertically on my counter top.Can be set down flat or raised up on the tilts as high as you'd like.Shipping was fast.
