I wasn't expecting issues and removed my old stem to start with. Went to take the face off the new one and a face bolt was super tight. You can see why in the photo, arrived completely stripped. The 1st photo taken before I took the bolt all the way out. You can see in the other how mangled the threads were. So check your bolts before you remove your old stem.In defense of the seller they shipped a new one the same day I requested a return. This one was good but I'm a little unsure on the threads, time will tell. Hopefully it works as I like the shape of the stem, weight slightly less than the 100mm FSA it is replacing that was too long for me. That's to be expected as it's 20 mm shorter.Di2 users please note: bought this stem because it has a cutout for the wires coming out of the back of my carbon handlebar so they can come out the bottom of the stem. The GRX Y-splitter will not fit inside this stem, bummer, it did fit in the 100 mm stem I took off. A 90 mm stem maybe, but not in an 80. Not a big deal for me, I just zip tied it to the brake hose. Bike fit is way more important to me than looks.

The hole that holds the handle bar is not perpendicular to the axis of the stem. You can either line up the stem straight but then the handle bars are at a slight angle or you can align the handle bars perpendicular to the bike itself but then the stem is crooked. I like the "squared" shape of the stem though.

Love the look, colours and shape. Great fit. But take note this is a MINUS 7 degree stem. If you don't plan on slamming the stem and were hoping to use it to raise your bar, the logos will be upside down and the shape will look odd.

I don't like the colors, I rather that it is all black. However, it is light and stiff. I rode 500km and no issue. It only weights 100g for 80mm.

So far, so good. I have given it a few “rough” rides, and it’s held up. It looks great. It’s a subtle design, unlike most gravel bikes that resemble a No Fear t-shirt. The drop and extension are perfect for my undersized frame. I put a fair amount of my weight on this stem and it has stayed true. Well worth the tier of pricing it sits in. I, also, because of this purchase, bought the Satori “serpent” seat post.The products are strong and sleek in design. 10/10 would recommend.

Pretty decent stem not bad . I thought it was a little more bulky and beefy in the pic thats why i got it but its not .I wish was but its okay for now .
