This was a beautiful 🧥 coat, and I love the off white color. I bought the medium based on other reviews and it was too big. I’m 5’3, 135lbs and it felt so bulky. I felt as though I had trouble moving in it because fabric was so dense. Maybe because I’m so short the coat didn’t look very flattering on me. If I liked the way it looked on me I would have returned it for a small. It would be great for cold evenings. The belt was very awkward and not easy to winch up. Leaving the coat open did not look good on me either.

BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU COMPLAINT: 23048227 filed 03-10-25The seam on this jacket frayed and belt on this broke within a month after buying it. Two days after the return window closed.Update: Amazon Customer Service offered a full refund and told me to “dispose, donate, or keep” the damaged jacket.I NEVER GOT A REFUND. I contacted Amazon Customer Service again to told that they made a mistake and they “apologize” but, that I would not get a refund. Even though there is clear documentation via chat and screenshots of the chat that the customer service representative told me what to do. I asked him specifically what needed to be done and followed his direction. I’ve now been on the phone via chat and telephone with at least 6 different Amazon Representatives. Each one telling me they’re sorry but, I will not get the refund promised to me. In addition, I’ve been disconnected.

Hands down one of my favorite trench coats! The material is heavy and durable! I love the V cut in the front which allows you to show off the bottom half of your outfit.Keeps you warm during the winter months! It’s now a must have for my winter wardrobe. I can’t want to get more in different colors

True to size. I'm 5'7", 190 lbs and ordered a large in black. This coat exceeds my expectations. Heavy and thick, but still has a lightweight feel when it's on. Has a soft, wool feel and fully lined. I love that the sleeve cuffs can be adjusted longer or shorter as I have trouble finding coats that are long enough in the arms. Hasa very classy look, but would also pair well with more casual clothes. Has a great shape that accentuates the curves. The only flaw is that the belt clasp is a little flimsy and I'm worried it might not last long. But this is a great quality coat for the price. Definitely recommend!

This coat gives Michelle Obama and Olivia Pope vibes! For the money it’s has such a nice look. Black color is rich. Material does not itch. Good lining. A 4(four) because the belt is weird. It’s doesn’t buckle that good! I just tie it up!

I had to write a review ! this is much nicer then I expected for the money! if you are a shapely gal this is very flattering. I love ivory color I always tend to go for it when it is available although the black looks stunning I am almost tempted to get it in black also but I may get tired of it if I have both, very happy and sup-prized it is well made and looks high like high fashion! the material is soft not a heavy coat may have to ware a sweater under on a cold day, I got the xl so I have room. the belt is neat it has so many holes you can a jest it to where you are comfortable, It is perfect!

First I want to say OUTSTANDING to my DELIVERY DRIVER!!! ☺👍🏼🤩My coat was running a day late & I was so worried it wouldn't arrive in time. We were attending Christmas in the Oaks in City Park in New Orleans that night and I so wanted to wear my new coat to this event.Well it got here in time! WAY TO GO AMAZON!!!!Secondly, the coat is just lovely! It fit perfect, it's warm, not to heavy and the cut is very flattering! I couldn't be happier! LOVE MY BEAUTIFUL COAT!

I love the coat it’s super flattering and gives that sexy look and not a big bulky winter coat !Is perfect in the car it’s heavy the quality is absolutely amazingOnly thing is sizing I feel it’s a bit large in the waist area so when I close the coat it overlaps like crazy and I have to use the belt to tie it and hold it cinched to my waistArms are a little long as well but length wise in the back is absolutely perfectHonestly Iam I’m usually in between a sm and a med so i went med and probly should have went small for the way I would like the coat to fitBut it’s a great coat my husband even made a comment he loves itFor the price you literally can’t say no ! 😍
