Got this for my mother in law for an event. It fits her well and is nice quality; however, the white dress is a little too sheer and would be more elegant if it were not so see through.

The look is authentic, and the quality of the fabric is amazing. Even the slip feels so luxurious and soft. Bell sleeves have never looked flattering on me before…but somehow this does?? What sorcery is this? This dress is magic.

I was nervous at first about this outfit fitting me. I order this because of the price, and I needed it in a hurry for our local renaissance festival. The white fabric is a little see through. You are able to see my bra through the white dress. The white dress fitted just right, but it was a little tight around my arms (but not bad enough to be a bother). Both the white underdress, and the black overdressed was made with a nice lightweight martial. I didn't get to hot walking around. The black outerdress wasn't to tight, and it was very flattering around my waist area. It's looks nice, affordable, good material and true to size. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

I am 5'2, about 120 lbs, usually wear dress size 4-6 and I ordered size Small. This dress is very cute and fits great! Material feels nice, the overlayer feels like a light polyester and the underdress is like a thinner cotton (warning: it is see-through). Highly recommend!

I am very pleased with this purchase. I wore it to the RenFest. I think the quality matched the price and I would order from Scarlet Darkness again. True to size and adjustable as well :)

The dress is true to size. The fabric is very soft and flowy. She will be wearing it for Halloween and to the Ren faire next year. We bought an accessory kit to go either it. She's very, very pleased!

Overall this piece is excellent. I thought I’d like the other liner without the long sleeves but husband liked this best. The top part for me could have come under bust more as curved under me vs sitting under bust. Overall worked fine for price. I had the lacing pulled fully tight and wasn’t too tight, but loosened to try have stay under bust. I would recommend steaming because I took out of packaging and wore. lol.I wear xl tops, 12-14 bottoms & large leggings, height 5’7” & wt 190. Measurements bust 45” (43” smooshed down), hips 43.5, waist 36.5.
