It is correct this is a 14g bar. The screw on it however is smaller and not a true 1.6mm size and I’m not sure the insert threading is either seems to be smaller. (Just general advise) I would double check your jewelry piercing size as they’ll mostly be either 16g or14g. The reason this did not work for me is because I was going to use the gems for a surface piercing I have that is 1.6mm for the threading but this threading is smaller than that (even tho is says it in the description). I have a lot of industrial piercing jewelry which is 1.6mm for the threading also. Holding the gem and one of those bars right next to each other I can see easily the threading on this product is much smaller. When I did try to use this it went in the screw all the way just by pushing it and would not tighten at all. Other than the sizing I would say these looks to be good quality and the gems on them looks really nice. Definitely a good price for these if you are planning to use them as is and not using the gems for other jewelry.

Received these almost a month ago, I have had no issues w them at all! They are still very shiny and nice.A reminder/explanation for those who don't know much about threading, or mm sizing:-These are threaded internally, which means you have to screw IN the top. It is a bit more difficult to get on than the usual external threading.-the 6 mm ones are VERY short. I don't have big lips and had to push them out with my tongue to be able to screw the top in.They are still extremely comfortable and do not bother me at all tho.
