The cable I bought was just the right length for my bathroom. It is best to take a tutorial on you tube to fully understand how to install. It heats evenly and efficiently. I love the heat on my feet after showering.

Can't tell if it works until it's installed and once it's installed you're stuck with it. My floor is not warm.

Seems very well made. Haven't installed it yet, but It tested out perfectly with the megohmmeter for conductance, resistance and insulation leakage. The design is very well done, to be used with the Ditra-heat membrane.
