This cover is so flimsy. It's very floppy. It is awkward to get up to your eye. Not something to use on a hunting rifle where you might have to pull up quickly to get a shot. You almost have to use one hand to position it to you eye. I've had similar covers from other companies that were not this floppy. If you are bench rest shooting and need to block some sun, or in a blind with a gun rest, or if you play airsoft and want this on a sniper rifle, or any where you can use one hand to guide this to your eye, then this should work. It does have a high flexibility to fit numerous size scopes. I used it on a 40mm Leupold. I wouldn't put it on anything much smaller than that though because it would likely fall off. It is very light weight. I was just overall very disappointed with it.

I had two issues with this item. The first was it was too big to fit securely onto my scope. I will take the blame for that as I could have compared dimensions.The second issue and probably the most important is the product is just poorly made. The material is very flimsy. I heal the eyecup up to my face and the eyecup itself just folds back on itself when making contact with the face. Would not recommend.

Picked this up for a Discovery Scope I have and thought this would be great since the eye box is small at max magnification. I thought this would help set that eye relief distance to eliminate the wandering feeling when you can't line up just perfectly.Installed this on my scope and it fit well, was tight and didn't move around, and seemed really well made. The eyecup portion didn't retain it's shape for me and was always folding back every time it came in contact with my face. It didn't help line me up like I thought it would so I ended up removing it and just leaving it in my safe for options later on.This lens cover/extender/eyecup, while it didn't work for me, is well made and is a good buy for the money. Just because it didn't fit my usage requirements, doesn't mean it's not a good buy. I'm really pleased with all the Discovery products I've purchased and although they are a chinese product, they seem to be of the highest quality.

Look, it's a eye piece made of rubber for your scope. Maybe you want it to block light. Maybe you're like my father who for his entire life had a terrible habit of jerking his 30-6 when hunting and target practice and has the scars between his eyes to prove it. I got this for him the other week. But I have used them in the past and there's not much more to say here. These things work but they aren't for everybody. I wasn't too impressed with the build I was expecting something... more solid. But I supposed more solid defeats the purpose of the product so whatever lol

I found installation and use to be a bit cumbersome. The eye fit can be a little tricky centering the scope objective to your eye socket. This may take a bit of getting used to, but has potential. Great for keeping sunlight in check.

Fits the scope easily and securely. Extends the length of eyepiece. Great for bright shooting environs. For me, where I shoot is over lit by a bank of flourescent lights that really impede the scope picture. This stopped that totally. Plastic is meh. But it works.

Glare on a scope is solved by lens covers like these. One of my grievances with them is that they are not always shaped right or flexible enough to work with eye protection. This one is long enough, springy enough, and flexible enough for me to push my eye protection into the cover, keep my eye the right distance from the scope, and works well.

Goes right on if you picked the right size. Def needed for low light situations and well worth the money.
