Title clearly states "with insert," however does NOT come with an insert. The frustrating part is that it's priced as such too. I tried contacting Scorpion about this and haven't heard back from them now 5 days later. My guess is that they figure we should all know this despite their listing title saying otherwise.Love the helmet, love the pinlock capability (since the standard visor is trash), but zero support response from a likely mistitled overpriced listing is frustrating to say the least.Will likely revisit this one star if this concern is addressed, however unlikely since after reading more reviews it seems I'm not alone.

The headline says "with insert" but the description says "sold separately" and "...with insert." The shield definitely did not come with the insert so I will be waiting another 2 weeks or more for that to arrive I suppose. The description and headline need updating but the products are nice. For this reason I will be leaving a 3 star review.
