It only got one star because I can't give it a negative. The hand for seconds keeps perfect time, but minutes and hours move at their own pace. Voltage to the clock is correct. I would take it out and return it but it's not worth tearing the dash apart again. I guess I'll wait until something else requires removing the instrument cluster and find a different brand to replace it.
