Your cart is empty. Scotty #244L-BK is a Locking Flush Deck Mount, black in color. Features a locking lever, and splash cover. Made from fiber reinforced nylon. Can be used with all Scotty post mount rod holders. Dimensions: 4" x 2" x 2", with bolting dimension of 1 5/16" x 3 3/16".

I used a backing plate (see other Scotty products) to mount on starboard stern corner to take my Scotty anchor line holder (see other Scotty products). Installation was easy enough but took some time. I wouldn't mount it without the backing plate (but that's just me). Lock is easy to use so I can mount/dismount anchor line holder when I need it. Strong. I have confidence that it will hold even when I have the anchor out with 200' feet of line (which I have done).

Installed two of these on my Hobie Compass. I use them for my rod holders and camera mounts or anything that uses the Scotty mounting system. They are very sturdy and lock my rod holders and camera mount in place very well. I really like the low profile they have on the kayak. It makes it easier to load and unload the kayak. These are very good mounts at a reasonable price.

Works great, would be 5 stars except the post hole has no cap on the bottom, of water we’re to get in, it would flow straight though to the storage area in my boat.

Todo trabaja bien, solo tiene un detalle que el orificio donde entra el porta caña es continuó por lo consiguiente entra el agua por ahí, es muy poca pero mi kayak no tiene acceso al interior y cuesta trabajo drenarlo

I'm a big believer in the Scotty mount system. I use the locking mount to hold my fish finder on my kayak. The locking mechanism gives me peace of mind that my fish finder will survive a tip-over.

Great product, helped me organize my yak with the bait board and extension arms...I HIGHLY recommend this if you plan to put a rod holder or other accessory in the deck of your yak or other craft. I also recommend the bolt plate (also from Scotty and available on Amazon) to beef up the installation. A few dollars now may save you from a damaged craft.This unbiased review was made even though the product was purchased at full price and was not given gratis or at a discount for a favorable review. Man, I WISH some of you camping/hiking/fishing/kayaking shops would send me free stuff to evaluate....

I purchased this item for my kayak so I can install my fishing pole holder on either side of the kayak. It came with the template and installation was very easy. I ordered 2 and I put one on each side. Fishing has never been so easy than being able to have 2 poles in the water at the same time. Would recommend this item to all my friends. GREAT PRODUCT.
