The display works fine but the touch capability isn't working. Thankfully, not an issue for the person's laptop I installed it in. Contacted seller and they did offer partial refund for the issue. I would not but again though. I need something that works as intended. If I'm taking the time to repair something, I don't like doing it half way and touch screens are handy

The product is of good quality and backed by warranty. Just installed and it looks like OEM screen. No issues with install just make sure to order correct model for your device. 30 vs 40pin, etc.

I contacted SCREENARAMA to find the exact replacement screen for my Laptop. They were so quick in responding and suggested the right Screen-replacement. The service was excellent. The package came in excellent condition. Easy to install the screen. The product arrived on time w/ Amazon Prime. The package was marked as "FRAGILE" on the outside of the box and the interior was very carefully packed and bubble wrapped and secured. The screen took a few seconds to initialize and worked GREAT! The new screen/display made my laptop looked like it was brand new and the touch screen also worked great! An added surprise was an installation kit comprised of an exacto knife, precision screw driver and tweezers to facilitate the installation. I'm a VERY satisfied customer and highly recommend this product.

I replaced my screen in an HP 15BS-013DX with this one. The original screen had a small break in the corner. The touch still worked though. I replaced it with this one. The video image looks great. However, the touch function does not work at all in this screen. Just to make sure the laptop was not the problem I put the old one back in. The touch works. In the device manager the proper device drivers are present. Re-installing the new one confirmed that it does not have a functioning touch system. When the new one is connected the device drivers in device manager disappear. My client decided to keep this anyway because she does not use the touch function anyway. Otherwise, I would be returning it.Update: The seller issued a partial refund to make up for the issue. Excellent service.

I am incredibly pleased with the screen! I appreciated the screen protector it came with too.I would for sure buy again if I unfortunately break my screen again.It arrived sooner than indicated.

It came sooner than expected, packed very well with a return envelope just in case and an unexpected bonus of tools to do the job. The tools are actually good quality as well. I'd buy from these guys again no problem
