I was able to replace my laptop screen with this and the tools provided. However, the instructions tell you to google the process, which i did successfully. However, I was disappointed as I had a touch screen and the desciption stated touch screen and it is not touch screen.

No problem to install. Working great so far. Watch a video online if you’re not sure how to install. The hardest part is taking everything apart. The plastic is very thin and will break easily if you force it. The display connectors have a lock on them and that’s a good thing. If you don’t lift the lock you’ll break the connector and that’s explained in the videos. The battery doesn’t lock but make sure you unplug it before you start disconnecting anything. Great display easy install overall. Take a few minutes to register it and you’ll get a lifetime warranty.

Relatively easy to instal (although a better set of instructions would be better). Works perfecty.

This screen was exactly the right screen. We put it in and for some reason it wouldn’t come on (our fault, we messed up something else). I contacted customer service because I thought it was the screen. They were so kind and walked me through some steps to try and was willing to trade the screen out if it was defective. They were so willing to help me. I took the computer and screen to my local computer guy and he fixed it right up and the screen was perfect. I highly recommend this screen and company!
