This was an easy and straightforward installation. Plus, all the tools were included, and they'll come in handy in the future as well. Just watch the "how to" YouTube video that's about 8 minutes long. It worked perfectly with my Dell Latitude laptop. Highly recommended!

By no Fault of SCREENARAMA I ordered the 30 pin rather than the 40 Pin version; however, when requesting a return SCREENARAMA doesn't reply. I can understand if to return is possible; but, it would be nice if there was a reply.

My Latitude 5490 suffered water damage when my tent flooded during a heavy rainstorm. I got it dried out and cleaned, but the battery and screen were damaged. Fortunately I found replacements for both on Amazon.When ordering a replacement, make sure yo know which connector your screen has, what its resolution is, and whether its touchscreen or not, so that you order the correct replacement. Mine was 30 pin, FHD 1920x1080, no touchscreen. SCREENARAMA has lots of options, so make sure the replacement matches what you have. And their screens come with the tools you'll need to replace your screen. Also, the price is reasonable. There are plenty of laptop-specific screen replacement videos on Youtube, so just search for one for yours and watch it a few times (slow it down, if needed). That's what I did and the replacement was painless for me.The new screen is just as sharp as the old screen, and the backlight was just as bright. I am very satisfied with this replacement screen and appreciative of the tools that came with it (screwdriver, case separator, tweezers, hobby knife). I give this product five stars!

Screen is pretty dim, at max setting visually just about 40-50% of brightness compared to an original one.On the bright side, it's working.

Screen was delivered within a few days as indicated. Very easy to install with a couple of YouTube videos as guidance.Unlike my previous order from another vendor (which I paid almost twice as much for and wasn't the screen I ordered), this one included a set of tools to pry off the covers, screwdriver, etc., so you don't have to improvise with things from your home toolbox.Just be sure to take out the battery for good measure and take your time with the prying of the screen cover and back panel (an old credit card helps), and it's less than an hour's work with no frustrations.

Worked well, easy instructions. Just make sure to take your time. It helps if you feel confident working in computer hardware but they include enough instructions on case you haven't. Take pictures along the way so you remember how things are connected in case you may forget.
