Easy to use. On line is great. Type in what you want the sign to read and you print out the layout. Follow the layout ,select the router bit, Install provided bushing and make your sign.

I had an issue with one of the capital letters. I talked to Sharon at Rockler and recieved friendly and professional help. She went above and beyond to solve my problem. I'm retired and enjoy doing woodwork as a hobby and knowing I have Sharon as a friend at Rockler, I have someone to fall back on incase I need some professional help.

1 this is not easy to make work. Words do not interlock to the word end caps so can move while routing. 2 you tape the letters to your work piece. If your router base catches the tape while routing the template moves 3 it is time consuming to wade through the many pieces and find the correct piece when working with the wizard. 4 The wizard let's you create words you can't do with 1 kit. Like the word "fluffy" would need 3 kits because you get only one f. "Jiffy" would need 2 kits. "fluffy friends" would need 4 kits. 6 Rockers answer is the wizard does not need to tell you a word can't be made so buy another set. They will not sell individual letters. I'm sure there are other gaps in the system. This is the one I hit first time out. Rocker says I should have looked at the list of letters. If I were clairvoyant that may have helped. Look at that list and think how many words have double or triple letters. Then keep your money.5 you have to buy their router bit. A regular core box bit will not work. 6 etter templates are so tall you could not tape them to a 1 x 4 or 1 x 6 or 1 x 8.This is an all around bad product which should not be sold.

I have tried twice at using the kit for our last name the kits quit honestly is disappointing. The letters do not lock in the place holders. When taped in place there is too much play. I used the sign making guid on line and it did not correctly work. The pieces are hard plastic. This as of now is the absolute worst product I have purchased.
