The device has a fatal flaw, you can't change the battery. When it arrives already dead, as it did with me, it's wasted money and worthless. No support from the vendor, so it's wasted money. Find another tank light and skip this one.

I was looking for a light for my tank for night diving. I wanted to be visible to the group or for my husband, who is night blind. My husband said he could see my light from shore. (I had combined two colors to differentiate myself from other divers.) The lights were water activated, so I did not have to worry about turning them on and off. These worked perfectly for the three night dives I did. It comes with a clip so it is ready to use. I was very pleased.

I bought this 2 years ago to put on my dog as liveaboard sailors, tested it the other day again still works. Ya kno just in case....

I don't know if it works and I hope I never have to find out. I work on a barge and the only reason it would light up is if I fell in. Don't really want to do that.

Great little light, just clip on BCD and forget about it. Works great in caves and night dives.
