Lots of different variables at play. But these rubbed against the wheel hex spacers on my SCX10 II. I built a set of the 3-piece AR44 axles using these. The rubbing wasn’t noticeable until I had run the truck for 15+ minutes and the friction caused heat, which caused them to bind up. I took about .5 mm off the outside with a bench sander and that provided the needed clearance. Again, just too many variables to say this is an issue across the board. Only putting it out there so people can be aware to check clearances.
