I purchased a floating dock and needed an anchor to secure it while in the water and this was easy to use. I secured it with a rope I also purchased and will be able to pull it up at the end of the season.

It’s heavy and it looks nice. I’m looking forward to using my 20lb mushroom anchor, however, I docked two stars cause I have to go buy an anchor shackle cause they sent the anchor with shackle but no pin for it so that shackle is about as useful as a screen door on a submarine. It’s the little attention to detail that makes a difference.

Der Anker begleitet mich jetzt schon seit ein paar Jahren beim Bootsangeln (Schlauchboot). Ich habe noch eine ca. einen Meter lange Kette mit einem Karabiner dran befestigt. Dadurch bekommt der kleine Anker noch ein wenig mehr Gewicht, ohne dass diese Kombi viel Platz im Boot wegnimmt. Allen voran macht er was er soll. Er hält das Boot an Ort und Stelle und ich bin sehr zufrieden.
