I read reviews on many and settled on this one. Glad I did, very well made, easy cover to take off and run any way you want on the bracket, I bent mine to face slightly down on the lower side of a boston whaler boat near my electric box i made. Its very loud and stainless so no rust other people stated. really a great price also.

Works way better than the horn I replaced

Horn looks good and is very loud. Seems to be build well and sturdy. However, the horn covers are stainless thin metal and they dig into the wiring. After a few trips I can expect the metal to short the wiring. I added some cabling insulation to the horn metal to prevent this from happening. Also, the “SeaDog” stamping on the bracket was installed upside-down. Not a big deal but noteworthy.

Sonic funnel was fabricated in a down position but sound was still acceptable. Will not catch water and rust
