Our old boat horn died. I tried spraying WD-40 into it, as I read they sometimes just get crudded up and need to be cleaned out, but that didn't work. Once I verified I had voltage, I dropped in this direct replacement and it worked great. A little wimpy for our big boat, but I'm back in compliance and that's all that counts.

I replaced both horns on my boat. These fit the oem holes and the hardest part of installing them was removing the old gasket material. Easy straight forward wiring, says in directions that horns are not polarity sensitive

It was an exact match. While not overly loud it does fit in the hole and place of the hold horn without cutting a new opening. It comes with 2 covers, one white plastic and one plastic chrome.

This item fit perfectly into the existing hole, was dead simple to hook up (the horn is not polarized so it doesn't matter which is + or -). Worked like a dream

This horn was an exact replacement for the older original horn. I just popped the old cover off on the outside of the boat then unscrewed the two screws removed the old horn and unhooked the two wires. Then I just did the reverse by attaching the two wires to the new horn put it in the original hole and put the two screws in and popped on the plastic cover. I put the chrome cover on my boat and it looks good.
