Very high quality. Take your time and use contact adhesive and you can have a factory finish seat.

The only thing I would do to improve it would be to make the top out of a rubber so it grips more and offer more color choices. My bike is Green like Kawasaki and this seat was for a Kawasaki so GREEN should have been the very FIRST OPTION.
