My wife has lower spine issues and this cushion allows her to sit at her computer a lot longer. It also lets her ride the electric scooters at most of the stores we shop at without excess pain.

I was having pain in my hip and this cushion helped relief the pain. I don’t use it on every chair but using it periodically has helped me a lot.

I wish this cushion would have helped me ease the pain from sciatica. I had no change, but overall, this cushion was too soft to be of much help.I tried it in my task chair and on my sofa, but it just didn't help at all.Size was ok and as described, though.

This seat cushion offers good support and is contoured to accommodate the normal anatomy of our lower spine. It is made of dense memory foam and doesn't go flat after hours of sitting. The cover can be removed and washed in laundry machine. Highly recommend if you have experienced back pain from sitting for extended periods of time.

It's comfortable and form-fitting. It does not slide whatsoever. Love it and would purchase again.

I took a cross country road trip this summer. While my car is comfortable, I knew that after about hour 3 in the driver's seat, the gluteus maximus would protest. Before the trip, I tried many different cushions. My only misgiving was that it was thicker than any other one and I sat a little higher in the seat. I lowered my chair as low as it went and test drove it for a week before I left. In combination with a lumbar pillow I strapped to the seat, this seemed like a winning combination.I drove 9-12 hour days. It was like sitting on a cloud. When I would sit on the edge of the hotel bed at night and assess if I needed any Tylenol or Ibuprofen, I would realize that my back, shoulders, and rear end were not in pain. I would wake up in the morning and I knew it was the crappy hotel bed that made me achy and I would hurry to get in the driver's seat to relieve my pain. I do wish it was thinner so that I could take it on a plane and not feel like a toddler in a booster seat. But in the car, I sit like a queen on my throne.

This is the third seat cushion that I've tried in the last month. Returned the first two. This one is a keeper. That slow release foam makes a huge difference. I do better with its closed in tailbone support since I have no issues there. Adding to my comfort is how the front of the cushion curves down so no pressure on the back of my thighs. And the fact that it comes in two sizes. I'm a 122 lb. female and ordered the medium. The pictures make it look plain compared to the Best Seller but it has a different design features that fit my needs.
