The vest is a shiny read and puffy, but not to an extreme. It appears well made and had no noticeable defects. The zipper works well with no snagging. The material is a standard outdoor vest material relatively strong and the insulation is good to keep you warm and a nice hood is an added bonus. Sizing was good, so no problems there, no problems at all in fact. Good quality vest

Red is my son's favorite color and this vest is red and shiny. The color is really vibrant and the texture is surprisingly soft. It's just the right amount of puffiness and for a vest, it's pretty stylish. It's lightweight , made with high quality material and zipper works great. I got one size bigger just because he can wear it for at least a couple years.
