First step
Punch three holes in the wall or ceiling, put in screw anti-skid rubber plugs, and fix the camera bracket on the wall or ceiling.
Second step
Twist the wings of the camera bracket counterclockwise, the head of the camera bracket can be rotated 360 degrees, and you can adjust the angle you want.
Third step
Tighten the wings of the camera bracket clockwise. If you don’t tighten it, the camera will loosen when you install the camera.
The fourth step
Finally, install the camera and adjust the angle you want.

These worked perfectly with the Arlo Pro 4, the only suggestion would be that the screws be a little longer.

I read all the reviews for this before purchasing. Because my application for the device was static, I decided to give it a try. Received the item. Definitely very poor quality metal on the screw, but I knew this from the other reviews. So I was very careful when attaching my big Alexa Echo. Works fine. Just be careful when you install your device. I would not recommend this product of you think you are ever going to have to pivot or move the device screwed into it. But if it's just going to sit there forever, it should be fine.

Seem alil cheap and like they will break if you keep messing with them but for now, they are holding up great.
