There's a problem here.This item is a cap, exactly as pictured. It's an excellent fit on my alto mouthpiece, an ordinary Yamaha 4C with an ordinary ligature, nothing in the least exotic. My old plastic cap was a bit bigger and loose, and tended to fall off. This is a huge improvement.But the written description seems to be for a ligature. There's no ligature involved with this item, just a cap. Which is fine with me, as that's what I needed.

Don't let it fool you, it's only the cap not worth it at all, it doesn't specify it's only a cap...Cap however is good, but not worth the price
