Excellent helmet and works great for communication while on a ride. I have only connected to one other helmet, but the instructions indicate you can use it with a group. Easy recharge battery in the helmet.

It took a while to get the connection procedure in my brain. But they are easy to connect when I press the right button.My wife and I use them while riding our eBikes on the trails. It is nice to be able to alert each other to hazards, turns, road crossings, cars, dogs, other riders, walkers taking up the whole path, etc. We can carry on a normal conversation now without yelling. Fit is good. The battery lasts a long time.When riding by myself, the ability to stream music or radio stations from my phone to the helmet is a plus.

Sound and sizing are decent. Bluetooth works extremely well and helmet pairing for communications is amazing. Slight delay once link is requested, but sound quality is great. Larger distance between riders causes slight garbled comms, but not a major issue. Overall, great product and has made riding with others more fun.

My wife and I bought these helmets this summer and we couldn't be happier. We enjoy biking together, but communication is always a struggle. Sometimes paths are too narrow, or we just happen to be cycling at different speeds, at which time we have to yell at each other. These helmets exceeded our expectations in several ways.1. Setup was easy. I ignored the vague directions and just watched a youtube video once to connect our helmets. We did not synch them to our phones and it literally took less than 5 minutes.2. Clarity. I read some reviews saying that the quality wasn't good, but that was not the case for us. Not only is the sound realistic, but it is also very clear and easy to understand.3. Range. On the Katy Trail in Missouri we actually checked and we still have good connection at 0.3 miles. Finally I went around a slight bend and the connection started to cut out some as our line of sight diminished.4. Length of charge. I don't know the exact amount of time, but I do know we had at least 6 hours before our first charge, which was this morning. When I put my helmet on it said the battery was low. We biked for about 40 minutes and were still communicating when we returned to the house. Charge time was quick.5. We purchased the visors, which are fairly short, as others have noted, but it's better than nothing.6. Lack of wind noise. When it's really windy we pick up some wind noise, but for the most part it is a non-factor.We absolutely love these helmets. The ability to talk back and forth about the nature we encounter, and just simply being able to carry on a conversation while biking is a game-changer for us.We ordered mediums, and both have a 22" head measurement. The helmet would go a little larger, but not much. If your head size is bigger than that, I'd recommend a large.

My wife & I are seniors (living in Canada) and looking for a communication product that gave us added comfort & security while out riding. These helmets hit the mark dead center. Excellent product works as stated does everything it states it does & does it extremely well. There is no wind noise heard while riding even on a blustery day. Talking to each other is crystal clear. The mesh system is solid and works like a charm with drop out only when we were out of range from each other estimated at 1/2 mile during today’s ride. The Bluetooth set up was flawless & taking phone calls while riding is seamless. These helmets were pricey considering where we live with exchange etc but well worth it. Highly recommend these helmets to anyone whether it be casual riding up to & including mountain biking.

Der Helm lässt sich gut einstellen und sitzt dann gut.Die Kopplung mit dem Handy funktioniert mit der mitgelieferten Anleitung nicht, erst recht nicht die Kopplung mit dem Partnerhelm, es ist eine neue Helmversion die anders funktioniert (Mesh Lan), die mitgelieferte Anleitung verweist auf die falsche App, auch die Homeoage des Herstellers hilft nicht, habe erst über eine Anleitung eines Fahrradshops alle Funktionen konfiguriert und fand dann die korrekte Bedienungsanleitung.

Köpte två Sena R1 cykelhjälmar för vi skulle kunna prata med varandra under våra cykelturer och de har fungerat bra.Ljudet är klart och tydligt och nästan inget vindbrus som hörs, fungerar även bra som headset till mobilen. Men ljudkvaliteten är inte den bästa för att lyssna på musik men det kan man väl inte heller begära med små högtalare i hjälmen.En fördel jämfört med vanliga headset är ju att man obehindrat hör vad som händer i trafiken.Vi är mycket nöjda med köpet.

We bought two of these for the intercom feature because I was having a difficult time hearing my wife during our bike rides. So far we've used these on 3 longish rides and the intercom feature works really well. The microphone is sensitive enough that it picks up every sigh/grunt/burp which has provided some laughs. We can hear each other really well. The range seems very good.We also use them to stream music from our respective phones. It just takes one button push to pause the music on both helmets and activate the intercom. There is a few seconds of lag when switching before the intercom is fully functional. Another push of the button switches it back to streaming.The only negative is that while the audio quality is fine for intercom it isn't great for music. If you are used to using earbuds on your ride you will notice that the helmet speakers are not nearly as good. This isn't really surprising given the size, just be aware. They aren't awful but there isn't any bass response at all. Buy them for the intercom feature and consider the music streaming a minor bonus.
