I had wanted to order an iSup for awhile but hesitated because of the cost and the overwhelming number of option. Then a friend let me use her iSup of the same brand a couple of times. I was sold. I ordered this board and accessory package in the Beach Blue. I also got a deal because I clicked on Amazon's "Save with Used" option. So far I've been out on it about 3 times. Easy to inflate and easy to tell if the button is up or down (I use an electric pump, not the one included); also very stable. Light weight and easy to carry. Paddle is very good and adjusts easily. I will say on the 2nd time out, some of the printing on the paddle started to come off on my hands (sunscreen?) but I just The only thing I had to buy was the life vest. 100% recommend.I was trying to register for the warranty b/c it said I would get a detachable seat if I did so but the link in the paperwork was not working. Customer service was very helpful. After a couple emails back and forth to verify my purchase, the sent the seat. THEN I noticed that the repair kit included did not have the adhesive in it. So I contacted customer service again and again they were very responsive.

I bought two different paddle boards both at the same price range, hoping to get a feel for what I liked best. I’ve taken them out both on five separate trips now (maybe used each of them 8 or so times each for hours at a time) and this paddle board is clearly the one that is the better quality of the two. Everything about it seems nicer. It seems sturdier, the ankle attachment is comfortable and padded (out other isn’t), the pump is nice, the repair kit looks good, the carrying case is nice, and you can add a seat to it. The board also has three rudders, one being removable. The paddle is great, seems sturdy. I love the design and get compliments on it. It’s light enough when fully aired up and easy to carry. The cons include these things. This paddle board is a little smaller than my other one (I would prefer at least 11’ for all my tall guys )and they find the other board more sturdy just due to length. It is also a little less stable with a wiggly dog on deck (my dog weighs 18 lbs). My bigger one is better with my furry friend. The removable rudder needs to be screwed in and out. I haven’t lost a rudder at this point and it seems secure, but I worry about behaving to replace parts at some point and if this will make it more difficult. Also, the bag (which is very nice) is kinda small and it’s really hard to get everything squeezed into it after each use. Finally, just as all other inflable boards, it’s hard to get those last 10 lbs of pressure. I’ve gotta have my husband help me. I will be buying an expensive pump soon so I can be more independent and not require help every time. But overall great paddle board, especially for shorter/smaller people and kids. I would buy another one for sure in the future.

This was a Christmas present for my kids. We have used it many times this past spring and summer and in general it is really nice. Stable, easy to use, and my kids are really enjoying it. However, the primary reason for 5 stars is customer service. I had 2 separate interactions with this company and both were fantastic.First experience- During our travels, unpacking, repacking, etc. I lost the screw that holds on the removable fin. Totally my fault. I reached out to the company to ask about buying a replacement thumb screw and they responded by saying they would take care of it. They ended up sending me an entire replacement fin with new screw, so now I have a replacement fin should something happen. Awesome experience!Second experience- Over time some of the padding began to separate. I reached out looking for guidance to see what type glue I should use or any other solution as it was less than a year old. Certainly not a major deal but was disappointing that some of the padding was coming apart. After a few back and forth emails and sending some pictures, this company replaced the entire board with a new one! I did not even ask for replacement but was obviously very happy to receive that level of service. We don't know much about what makes a good SUP vs a bad SUP, but what I can say is if you are looking for a fun inflatable SUP with a company that stands behind their product, give this a try!

I love providing good feedback! However, in order to give high mark, the product really needs to meet, to my standards, high criteria. This product (SLSUPB518) does deserve that. I also want to mention that I was greatly helped by objective & detailed reviews from previous owners and I do appreciate their efforts for writing them!Considering board's category and CAD $500+ price mark, it's not inexpensive. There are also a few other parameters that I value and take into a consideration.1) Quality2) Look3) Warranty/Customer Service4) Value for the moneyThe board is fairly stable, well built, great looking & attractive. It runs smoothly and very agile & maneuverable.Over the past month, I spent 25-30 hrs paddling in Lake Ontario, Ottawa river & shallow Humber river in Toronto. The board handles waves very well. I could stand up and ride ('though not that easily) with waves up to 20-25 cm (8-10") high. Although it's easier to glide with no waves; the real beauty is riding on 5-8 cm (2-3") waves, where you get relatively smooth ride with some mild movements and sound of the splashing water. This could be a personal preference, but if your ride is for more than a 1/2 hour long, those small movements help your feet not to get numb.In terms of riding it in shallow waters, please pay attention to the water depth since the mid fin is relatively long and can hit a rock or you can get stuck in mud or sand. There is nothing wrong with it; just the nature of the physics. Actually, that fin along with other two, on the sides, are the ones that greatly contribute to the stability & maneuverability of the board. When inflating it, using included manual pump there are two options 'easier' & 'harder' which translates into when the pump pumps the air in. If air is pumped when you push the handle down only it's easier than when the air is pumped in with both strokes; push-down & pulled-up. You can switch from one to the other at any time. Pumping is not effortless but not that hard either - I look at it as additional exercise :-). Please don't stress yourself by in how many minutes you'll pump it up. It's irrelevant since we all have different physical strength and shape. This is no different than with other air-pumps in that board/price category. If you're a beginner or an intermediate rider, with a desire for some spark(s), I would say, go for it; if you can afford and willing to pay for it.As with many things in life, we're driven, by our subjective feelings and passion. This review is not immune to this; however, there is a greater attention paid to the facts rather than the feelings alone.Anyhow, if you end up being one of the owners - Welcome to the Club!

Very Happy with the Serenelife Rising Flow Paddle Board (Blue).1. Cannot comment of durability as I have only had it for a couple of days. Have used over two days.2. Construction. - Looks to be well constructed. Materials do not feel cheap. All seams are well sealed.3. Detachable fin - connects easily. screws into the bottom with a knob (not a clip). Very secure. I would not be afraid the fin falling off if knocked against the bottom.4. Inflation - using manual pump it took me just over 9 minutes to inflate to 15psi. This was not problem for me 6ft 210lbs. My 120lb wife on the other hand. No way was she going to be able to make the 15psi. Not her fault. Not the fault of the pump. Laws of physics are to blame so I cannot mark the product down for that Once inflated it is very ridged.5 Paddle - lightweight and easy to adjust5. Use - Very stable for my wife and daughter. Stable with both of them on it as well. (one sitting - on paddling). They both commented that they felt very comfortable on the SUP while standing in multiple positions on the board. It moved quickly on top of the water. Being almost twice the size of my wife I found the SUP very stable while kneeling. While standing I had to find a sweet spot about 2/3 of the way to the back for best stability.6. Packing up. - It deflates quickly. It rolls/folds back up easily. Unlike anything else you take out of the original package this SUP truly fits back in the bag easily with the pump and other parts except the paddle (I could have fit the paddle in - there was room - but would have made things a tight fit). The paddle is really easy to carry by itself.7. Packaging - Shipped in a good box. Inside the box all parts were well protected and wrapped in plastic. SUP was inside carry bag.that was srapped in plastic. No damage during shipping.8. Weight - The board itself is light. When inflated it is super easy to carry. Might weight 15-20lbs inflated.Overall I have been pleasantly surprised by the this paddle board. My wife and daughter have already enjoyed a number of hours paddling around the lake. I will be investing in an electric SUP 15psi pump so my wife can take it to the lake without me,
