Bottles are cute, but the ceramic tray arrived broken. I wish we could exchange just the tray, but that doesn't appear to be an option. A shame.

2/3 bottles work properly. The one bottle I end up taking the pump off to use because it won't pump up my shampoo. The shampoo is obviously a thinner consistency that the conditioner. It's also a thicker consistency than the body wash, so I am not sure where the actual problem is beside in the pump itself. So sadly, yes, they mostly work and they look nicer than some of the other options.

The pumps are so little you can harderly get any product out. I'm afraid my kids will drop in the shower & break them. They are beautiful other than tiny pumps.

I purchased the amber frosted bottles and they are exactly as advertised. The quality feels good and they look just like the pictures. I am reviewing regarding a lot of feedback around how much the pumps provide. As a male, I use 2 pumps of shampoo to wash my hair, and I use one pump of soap on a loofah. It’s all good for me.

These are pretty and made from nice frosted glass but they dispense a tiny amount of product. I counted — it took 27 pumps to get enough shampoo to wash my hair, and another 20 pumps to get enough conditioner. Would be perfect if I had short hair. These are more like hand soap dispensers really. But again, they are pretty!

First impression...positive unboxing experience!!! The sturdy outer shipper and secure foam insert protected the glass vessels and laid them out in a neat, organized manner.Second impression...the bottles and tray are beautiful! Excellent quality, simple and elegant. I purchase larger sized shampoo, conditioner and body wash for the planet (and my wallet) and love that I can "decant" them into these bottles that work really well with my farmhouse decor.Third impression...I forgot all about the silicon funnel in the item description and was thrilled to see it there. Not only does it make filling these bottles easy (and neat), but I'm using it for other items around the house.Fourth impression...the palo santo stick gift turned my bathroom into my own personal spa (note to husband, when you smell the wood burning, don't bother knocking;) I'll be relaxing for a while).Overall impression...I love this item!
