It took a little finesse to get the thinker body to start to come out. I like the sleek look of it and it doesn't take up too much room.

One of the pusher caps keeps popping off. One barely pumps at all. May pump water but not shampoo. Only way to return it is to pry off wall and risk destroying it. Very disappointed and a total waste of money!

The installation on the wall is very easy. I did use the sticky plastic material. Until now its working as expected
