These shampoo replacement parts should not be shipped to Canada as the threads on the parts can not be matched to anything we have here and could not find any thing that would work to adapt them to fit

Does not come with all parts needed to assemble. Does not work properly even after 3 trips to ace hardware. Wish I read reviews before I purchased. Dont waist your money on this product. TOTAL PIECE OF JUNK. Amazon needs to not represent this product.

water hose from vacuum breaker was not the right size. so it made installation more difficult and costly.

The black hose doesn’t even fit to the Fossett. The parts don’t even connect. This is a horrible product. The part that holds the vacuum is plastic.

We bought 2 of these but the hose that goes from the on/off valve to the breaker does not fit. It needs to be larger for the valve and smaller for the breaker. Both kits have the same hose that does not fit the valve. We tried to buy an adapter to use between the 2 sizes but the valve is 1/2" and the hose to the breaker is 16mm. American sizes and metric sizes are not compatible. What a waste of time and money trying to fix a leak. I thought if I bought the whole kit, then everything would work together. Do not be fooled. They don't!!
