These aren't worth the money at any cost. I had a wreath in one of the bags for less than a year and the red portion of the bag completely disintegrated - like a biodegradable bag.

They're plastic bags with zippers to keep dust off wreaths in storage. Fits my large wreaths that are a touch bigger than 24" diameter.
