Absolute JUNK quality, no warranty support. Breaks easily and quickly.I ordered this to replace the Dust Cup that had two tiny - but crucial - plastic nipples that holds the cup in place in the ION W1 Cordless Handheld Vacuum Dust Cup. After 3 uses, the same tiny nipple broke in the same spot as the cup unit that was replaced, rendering the unit useless again.The first time when the original unit broke after light use, I could say it might have been a defect in manufacturing. OK, it happens. The second time it broke in the exact same spot from normal use, i.e., taking it out and putting it back in, I say "POOR DESIGN, POOR QUALITY. I WANT MY MONEY BACK" and "Shark 'quality'? What 'quality"?"And service? Are you kidding? I called Shark to get a replacement. You think I was trying to return a $2,000 TV after 5 years of use saying "I don't like it anymore." They wanted to charge me more than I originally paid for the POS product. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE."GENUINE PARTS ARE A MUST!" says the Shark advertisement. Why are they "a must"? They are junk! The only difference between "genuine parts" and cheap knock-offs is the price. At the rate these "genuine parts" break, the cheap knock-offs are definitely the best value.
