This review does not address how well or not sharkskins keep you warm in the water, but their sizing. I ordered a men's large, which according to their sizing is what I wear. I received both the top and bottoms, but couldn't even begin to put it on. The sizing was about two sizes off. I'm 6' and 180 and these didn't come close to fitting. Sorry to say they were returned.
