Slide the lid open and place used sharps into horizontal drop in the sharps container.

Temporary Close By Pushing lid Over Opening

Push lid over opening to protect sharps from spilling out DO NOT CLOSE ALL THE WAY once the needle disposer is closed it is NOT meant to be reopened.

Close And Dispose

Permanently close container by sliding lid all the way down until it CLICKS into place double check to make sure lid does not slid open.

I dislike the fact I'm unable to remove top easily to use the biohazard bags and the biohazard stickers are sold separately. I like the fact it is sturdy and the top does not open easily. Overall it's a good deal for home use; I purchased for small daycare use.

I just keep the lid off because it came closed and I could not open without having to break it and I have no worries about anything or anyone getting into the box so it works fine for me! I will just put the lid on when it needs to be disposed of!

I have psoriatic arthritis and I got tired of my pharmacy giving me itty bitty sharps containers that could fit maybe two syringes. This one is huge and will last me quite a while. I will be buying again once my current one is filled up.

Not good size for travel. Perfect to keep at home and store you used syringes. I am diabetic and have to give myself shots twice a day, and this is perfect. Then it is easy to properly take the container to an appropriate facility to do away with them. SUPER EASY
